From your comment, it seems that your Admin or some other user delete the report. Contact your Admin for the same. You can try using some other report which you having access for testing purpose.
But am not using visualforce page for ContactRole on Account. It's related list on Account and when i click on new then standard page open and on save button it's not redirect to parent page.
