I have exported some reports, but I got only /00O as result. Also, I want to know API endpoint to get the report details (Name, No.of records exported) for the URI present in the log file

You can check trailhead module for Event Log Monitoring

The URI field contains the ID of the report that was exported, and the USER_ID field contains the ID of the user who exported that report.

  • There are two Event Type options, "Report" and "ReportExport". You need to select "ReportExport".

I came over this recently, if the result comes up with /00O it means, the user has been exporting unsaved Reports. Without the report being saved, it does not have any ID yet. Same if they export a report and delete it afterwards, I believe the Log Files get exported around midnight, so if at midnight Salesforce can not access the report it will just give it /00O value.
