Long time Call Center Manager who recently was certified as a SalesForce Admin. Currently working towards Platform Developer I certification. Had a pretty good run as a 'developer-to-be' in high school before entering the sales world for a decade. Really hoping to make my way back into that field as I very much need a career change at this point.
