I'm a Salesforce Administrator. 2 years ago I was monitoring the miss selling of insurance products, back then, I never thought I'd be involved in anything remotely technical. I am so happy to have taken the plunge and get involved with something so different!

I don't have a technical background, so apologies if my questions are occasionally baffling! I have an interest in becoming a Salesforce developer, and hope to go on a few courses over the next year that will enable me to gain a deeper understanding of programmatic development on the platform.
