Constructor not defined error in batch class

Question

I am testing the scheduled batch class in salesforce, during which i am getting the below error :

" Error: Compile Error: Constructor not defined: [LicenseOptimizer_BatchClass].(String) at line 19 column 48 "

I have searched the error in couple of sites and tried couple of suggested workarounds yet the error was solved. Any light on this is of great help .

complete test class : The test class below is merged code for all the dml operations in my application including the scheduled batch class. so i am only posting the batch class related test class.

When you execute batch you use:

new LicenseOptimizer_BatchClass(strQuery). 

But in code you have only constructor with no paramters. You have to add parameter in constructor or remove from 'new LicenseOptimizer_BatchClass(strQuery)'.
