I want to implement a scenario in SFMC in which the automations which are errored out in the last 1 hour, must be stored in a DE. The data must be retrieved from all the BUs. This scenario must execute every hour daily.

What have you tried? Where are you stuck? We will be happy to help you, but expect some degree of research on your side. You can, however, start looking at the Automation Instance data view. It can return exactly what you need:

SELECT AutomationName, automationcustomerkey
FROM   [_automationinstance]
WHERE  automationinstancestatus = 'Error'
       AND automationinstanceendtime_utc >= Dateadd(hour, -1, Getutcdate())

  • Hi, This data view I have already tried. it retrieves the data on 24 hour delay. I need to take the errored out automations for the past 1 hour. I have tried with the SSJS

  • Did you have a look at the SSJS I am using in this solution? It should retrieve automation status with no delays. Commented Jul 10 at 14:31
  • I will test this in my account. Thanks for the help.
