I have a record-triggered flow (created or updated). The flow works fine when triggered by a single record, but gives the following error while multiple records are created/updated.

Salesforce Output (236) Record-level error from Salesforce API: "CANNOT_EXECUTE_FLOW_TRIGGER:We can't save this record because the “NED Contact Information Update” process failed. Give your Salesforce admin these details. This interview has been terminated as another interview in the same bulk execution request failed with the following error: Limit Exceeded
You or your organization has exceeded the maximum limit for this feature. Error ID: 64105330-17260 (738334238) organization has exceeded the maximum limit for this feature. Error ID: 64105330-17260 (738334238):-

I am not sure what does the Error ID: 64105330-17260 (738334238) mean?

For more information as to the error number, please read Internal Server Error - What's in a GACK?. The only people who can look up what the error codes mean are salesforce.com employees. That said, a limit exceeded message usually means too much CPU usage, too many queries, or too many DML operations. You'll have to run this flow in debug mode to figure out what's going on. You can also contact technical support with the error message for further assistance.
