My requirement is to use Experian Address Validation for my org, so I have installed Experian Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud Lightning in my org and followed all the installation and setup steps from AppExchange. But I could see the address validation on my custom fields. Has anyone installed address validations for their org?

    If you're having problems with an App from the AppExchange, then you should contact the company/team that published the app. They're almost certainly going to be able to give you better support than random people on the internet. There may be an exception to that if a particular package has an exceptionally large install base, but that's not likely to be the case here.

  • Yes @DerekF I know that, the reason for posting here is to ask for help to those who must have installed the same package with some configuration on salesforce end. And I also know that I need to contact them if there is some issue with the package, but I don’t think there is!!!
