    Are you trying to put a visualforce page into the anonymous apex window? If so, that will not work (because visualforce is not Apex).

  • In Developer Console, you can File > Open the VF page, then click Preview. Alternately, in the browser, you enter https://mydomain.vf.force.com/apex/myvfpageName?parm1=xx&parm2=yyy
