Is there a way to add a free text area box on "edit dependencies" pop up when choosing as Reason Declined "Other" ? enter image description here I know by standard this is not possible as dependent fields that are controlled by the picklist-fields.

However is there a way to tweak this with custom-code or via another way such as a screen flow ?
