On Opportunity Object, I have a global action button. This global action type is 'Create a record'. The purpose of this action is to convert the Opportunity into an Order. It is working for me as a Sys Admin and for most users with different profiles too but for one specific user, this is not.
I get the error 'insufficient access rights on cross-reference id'.
I doubled check all permissions on objects/fields, and everything is ok.
My problem is that I do not get any debug log of this error, the only debug log that I get stops right after before the insert trigger on the Order, without any error in it, it simply does not continue as after the insert trigger.
Why I do not get the Log of this error? Do you have any Idea why I get this error here?
