CPQ: HTML Template Content - Show/Hide Paragraph based on a checkbox field

Question

I am trying to show/hide some paragraphs on the HTML type of Template content based on a checkbox field that I have created on Quote. I used following condition but it is not working when I generate the Quote template -

<div id="TextCounter" style="display: {!IF(quote.Is_Professional_Services_Added__c == true, 'none', 'block')};">
show/hide me
</div>

Any ideas would be appreciated. Thank you.
