We have enabled customer portal and the Portal users are able to see all the records which they are tagged as contact but the requirement is "I want two Customer Portal Users to see the same records.
Scenario:
Customer "Portal User A" is managing "Portal User B" and "Portal User C". We have enabled customer portal for all three users and need Portal User B to see his records, Portal User C to see her Records and Portal User A to see both B and C's records. How do I achieve this requirement?
Is it possible for two customer portal users to see the same records?
Currently they are contacts on these records (Cases) how can I have multiple contacts on one object record and show the same records in portal?
