I am building an omni-channel flow that calls a screen-pop that I created. My screen-pop is meant to collect a bunch of custom variables that I will then use to auto-create a task in the omnichannel flow. I am struggling to pass these variables throughout my flows. I start with this flow here:
The screen pop looks like this:
But when I go to my omnichannel flow, I can't see any of the elements to manually assign as outputs.
I have tried creating "output" variables for each screen-pop elements in the screen flow and assigned them for output and then for input and neither option works. One option I thought of was to create a custom object that will store everything, but I believe that will also fail. Is there any way to pass variables from the screen flow to the omnichannel flow?
