This web to lead form is working as expected. A lead gets created and all fields are populated except for the "Title" field. I tried to find any commas or brackets missing or anything out of the ordinary but it seems to be just like all the other fields yet no value is passed to the created record. Any one have any ideas? I've googled extensively and didn't find an answer, apologies if I missed one.

HERE IS THE CODE FOR "Title" field:

<div class="slds-form-element slds-form-element_horizontal">
<label class="slds-form-element__label" for="title">Title</label>
<div class="slds-form-element__control">
    <input id="title" maxlength="40" name="title" size="20" type="text" placeholder="Your Title" class="slds-input"/>
</div>

HERE IS THE WHOLE CODE:

<div class="slds-form">
<div class="slds-form-element slds-form-element_horizontal">
    <label class="slds-form-element__label" for="first_name">First Name</label>

    </div>
</div>
