We are trying to run Chimera scan on external web app used as part of our AppExchange product. We have added Chimera Token on our app's root page.
Whenever I initiate a Chimera scan. It starts showing Status as Working and after a while it Status updates to 'Cancelled' with no reasoning whatsoever. No Emails from [email protected] either which we got when It was not able to find Chimera Token.
What could be the possible reason?
