The mobile device is not opted in marketing cloud when senderID is not set in android while configuring the sdk and the push is not triggered

Question

This is the exact code that I am using for configure sfmcsdk. In the sdkstate, the device token is fetched as null when senderID is not set. I have tried by setting SenderID as FCM senderID.
