I have a flow that is supposed to update a field if it meets a criteria.

This is the assignment element

This is the Update Record element

When I debug it using developer console, I can see its assigned a date but I can't see that its updated the field. Last_Stage_Change_Date__c isn't updated as it should. I have checked to make sure i have permission to see that field as well.
