Using Einstein OCR in a Flow

I would like to convert image to text (Einstein OCR)

I saw in the tutorial https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mI1pSYw3VXU that we can make the curl request to analyze the image in LWC

My boss asks me to do this in Flow Builder

I'm not sure if it's possible (Image analysis with a curl request then analysis of the result to see the text which is JSON)

Would you know if this is feasible and the method to implement? (My idea would be to use Apex code in Flow Builder)

All Einstein Vision services are available via REST, that's the only API. Your implementation approach of writing Apex is correct - use Invocable Action, to call it from a flow.
