I'm working on automating sandbox management. Just wondering if we are able to create/update sandboxinfo record using tooling API. I was able to retrieve list of records from workbench using

GET /services/data/v40.0/tooling/query/?q=+ Select + id, SandboxName, +Description+from+SandboxInfo
