I have a problem regarding Omni-Supervisor. I've implemented a flow that fires a custom bell notification when something happens. When the user clicks this notification, it should redirect them to Omni-Supervisor. The flow setup is rather simple, it includes 'target page reference' and it has a JSON in there that goes as follows:

{
    type: 'standard__webPage',
    attributes: {
        url: 'myurl.lightning.force.com/one/one.app#...' <- literal Omni-Supervisor url, dynamically constructed in flow
    }
}

Everything works fine, unless the user has Omni-Supervisor in App Navigation Items and is in console app. If there is no item in navigation - upon clicking the notification, it creates a new tab and opens the Omni-Supervisor. If Omni-Supervisor item is present in navigation items, it doesn't create a new tab, but it switches an active item instead, and it starts looping - it loads, but when it's loaded it refreshes and starts loading again. Is there anything I can do to prevent that looping? Can I force opening a new tab even with Omni-Supervisor item present in the navigation items list? Right now the only option would be to remove this item for relevant users but it's not an ideal solution.
