I'm trying to test some custom routing with omni-channel flows and due to some small mistake it looks like I somehow bricked my phone number from receiving any messages in SF. I can see the new pending service routing, I can see the Messaging Session record in 'Waiting' status but I cannot do anything with it. It didn't get assigned to my user and is just there stuck. Any new message is, I think, being automatically routed to that session, so I cannot simply 'start over'. Normally you cannot delete Messaging Sessions in 'Waiting' status, but I was able to do that by switching to Salesforce Classic, however the issue is still not resolved. Does anyone have any idea how can I solve this issue without reaching out to Salesforce support? Regards.
