I have created the following XML file:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" standalone="yes"?>
<Package xmlns="http://soap.sforce.com/2006/04/metadata">
<types>
        <members>Address</members>
        <name>Settings</name>
    </types>
    <version>51.0</version>
</Package>

I have successfully retrieved the package from Workbench. I am currently using Excel to open the XML file, as I need the file in ".xls" format. I need to be able to see the State Picklist values for each Country - as they will be loaded into a different system integrated with Salesforce.

Unfortunately, after I am loading the data into the table, it does not contain the Country/State picklist values.

Do I need a different conversion tool? I was hoping to be able to import it in Excel and obtain the values.

Any help it's much appreciated.
