I am looking for a way to connect a contact record with a survey and survey responses.
For our business, the case owner sends a survey to a member of our services. The survey is providing feedback on the doctor they just visited. I need a way to tie the survey and survey responses to the doctor (contact record).
Overall, I want to tie the survey to:
- The Participant
- The Case Record
- The Doctor (Contact record)
Is there a way to modify the "Get Survey Invitation" layout to include a custom lookup for the doctor?
