How have people implemented texting double opt-in using webform submissions as step 1, going through CRM (Sales/Service Cloud) to Marketing Cloud? I know Salesforce's published advice is to implement webserver-side code on your webform to initiate a QueueMO API call. Have people implemented other methods for this scenario? Of course not all webforms allow backend server-side custom code at all.

We have webform optins working as above for single-optins, because Journey Builder will let you use Salesforce data to trigger a Journey (such as when a contact's shortcode opt-in box gets checked due to the contact's submission of an optin webform) and then it directly subscribes that contact to the shortcode. Thus single optin. But best practice is to use double opt-in. How?
