I am working on setting up the connector between Salesforce Service Cloud and Commerce Cloud B2C using the files from the Order on Behalf toolkit found here: https://help.salesforce.com/articleView?id=cross_cloud_marketing_commerce_kit_order_on_behalf.htm&language=en_US

I have followed the steps for setting up the connector (which is really not a connector just code samples) but can't seem to get the authorization down to where I can map fields from Commerce Cloud into Service Cloud.

What I have done:

  1. I have imported the connected app contained in the source code. I have modified it with the client ID and client secret generated by Service cloud.

  2. I have also updated the credentials in Commerce Cloud to match those of the connected app in Service Cloud.

  3. I have setup the remote site in service cloud using the url address of the Commerce Cloud site I want to connect to.

  4. In custom settings, I have also created the field mappings for the Order, Account, and Contact objects in Service Cloud.

  5. I have provisioned Person Accounts in Service Cloud with the help of Salesforce Support.

Outside of this, does anyone know of a step that I might be missing in order to make this connection? I realize there may be some additional customizations that I need to do but I atleast wanted to test the connection. Thanks in advance for your replies.
