I have created the following matrix report:
The field VBI/Month is a (report) formula field:
IF( VBI_Program__c.Facility_Amount__c:SUM >= VBI_Program__c.Entry_Level__c:AVG, VBI_Program__c.Commission_Payable__c:SUM, 0 )
Which works correctly, however the grand total should show me 13560, but instead is showing me 17533.
How can I change the behaviour of the grand total to be the actual sum, of each account VBI/Month field?, because what is happening is that in the background vbi has always a value but only if the fac amount pass that minimum vakue it should be consider, and i think the grand total is bypassing this.
