We have many products that we support. Each of these products have a queue within SFDC that have cases submitted to it via EMail2Case.
At the moment cases come through via email with significant detail missing, for obvious reasons... it is from an email. However the email address the clients send through to is product specific e.g. firstname.lastname@example.org, email@example.com. Therefore we understand which product the client is requesting support for by the address they send to.
So, I am trying to work out if there is any way to automatically add the Product into the case?
