I have a custom field on my Campaign object that looks up to the Account. I am attempting to populate the Account field on the Campaign Object using process builder. We don't need any criteria, so I selected No Criterai for my criteria. This is an immediate action. I selected Update Record for the action and selected the Campaign record which started the process. When I try to select the Account field, I get an error which says "No Matches Found". I also tried to find other fields, but no mattter which field I try none of the fields can be found. I can't do this with Workflow because the Account is a lookup field. We are working with NSPS in nonprofit org, which means Salesforce support takes about a month to respond to inquiries. Does anyone have any idea how to resolve this?

Thanks

Are all the campaigns linked to the same Account or how else would you know which account record to create the link to? – Dave Humm Mar 24 at 9:48

Try the following.

  • If your profile has access to read and edit the Campaign object. In Setup -> Profiles ->Profile Name -> Object settings -> campaign ->check if it has read and edit checkbox checked
  • Check the field level security and accessiblity.
