I have the page called Registration.vfp with the field of firstname, lastname address and email. Once we click the submit button create the new record in Contact object and redirect to Thankyou page(This is another vfp).

Below is the code for Thankyou page

<apex:page sidebar="false" showHeader="false">
<apex:slds />
<div class="slds-scope slds-box">
    <div class="slds-text-align_center slds-text-heading_large"><p>Thank You for registering.</p></div>
</div>

I have other page called Forgot Password, This has one input field. Once we click continue button, it will send an email to user to reset the password and redirect to another page with the message Thank You. Password Reset has been sent to your email

MessagePage.vfp

<apex:page sidebar="false" showHeader="false">
<apex:slds />
<div class="slds-scope slds-box">
    <div class="slds-text-align_center slds-text-heading_large"><p>Thank You. Password Reset has been sent to your email</p></div>
</div>

My question is, Instead of creating the multiple page like Thankyoupage.vfp, MessagePage.vfp Can we achieve this in single page with different message?

Please help me on this

  • did you consider the rendered= attribute on an apex:outputPanel that wraps each section of functionality? – cropredy Sep 27 at 0:06
