I wanted to deploy PlatformCachePartition Metadata to an org without having to enable or buy PlatformCache from Salesforce. The org would not use the PlatformCache just contain the pushed Metadata. Is this possible? Here's an example of my metadata:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<PlatformCachePartition xmlns="http://soap.sforce.com/2006/04/metadata">
<description>Org cache partition and marked as default.</description>
<isDefaultPartition>false</isDefaultPartition>
<masterLabel>Cache</masterLabel>
<platformCachePartitionTypes>
    <allocatedCapacity>1</allocatedCapacity>
    <allocatedTrialCapacity>1</allocatedTrialCapacity>
    <allocatedPurchasedCapacity>0</allocatedPurchasedCapacity>
    <cacheType>Organization</cacheType>
</platformCachePartitionTypes>
<platformCachePartitionTypes>
    <allocatedCapacity>1</allocatedCapacity>
    <allocatedTrialCapacity>1</allocatedTrialCapacity>
    <allocatedPurchasedCapacity>0</allocatedPurchasedCapacity>
    <cacheType>Session</cacheType>
</platformCachePartitionTypes>
