    Have you already tried something you can share with us ? – Samuel De Rycke Feb 5 '14 at 17:50
  • Are you wanting a unique reply address for each request? I don't believe there is a way to do this. Typically a feature called Reply Mail Management is used to handle the replies so the reply address is a specially coded address that provides context for the Subscriber and Job. • Yes. I was looking for a unique ReplyTo mail specific to a subscribers list – Pravin Feb 6 '14 at 16:09
  • Did you ever resolve this? – Elan Hasson Feb 1 '16 at 20:54
  • Nope.. gave up when I came to understand this needs to be configured by ET. – Pravin Mar 3 '16 at 5:38

Try looking at this post: Exact Target Data extensions and Fuel REST API

In the post, it looks like you are writing things like the following as your payload for your POST call. Does adding a value of ReplyTo work? I'm not sure, but it's my best guess.

            "Email": "someone@exacttarget.com"
            "LastLogin": "2013-05-23T14:32:00Z",
            "IsActive": true,
            "FirstName": "John",
            "FollowerCount": 2,
            "LastName": "Smith"
            "ReplyTo": "someoneelse@exacttarget.com"

  • This approach would let me store the value in ReplyTo Field but will not give the ability to replyTo when the subscriber is trying to reply back. Please correct me if i am wrong. Thanks amatorVitae – Pravin Feb 6 '14 at 16:11
