I have a custom object called Refund under the Case object and there are fields called company name, address, Refund amount Address under the REFUND Object.

My service cloud users want the Fields under refund object to be auto populated from case when ever they create a new refund.

Can i get some help and advice on how to get this done without coding ?

  • Creating them from the related list of Case will relate them to the Case and depending on the relationships you've created, might also populate them for you. It largely depends on whether you created the object with lookups or formula fields to relate them to fields on other objects.
