Users are not receiving email notifications of leads using the automated lead assignments in Salesforce.

After a lead is submitted through the website, it flows first to Marketo which uses the Salesforce lead assignment rules in order to assign to the appropriate users in Salesforce. The lead is being assigned appropriately, but the email notification is not being sent.


Not sure if you're still seeking an answer for this but check with your Marketo Administrator that they've got Lead Owner email notifications turned on in Marketo Admin > Salesforce > Sync Options, per this article: https://docs.marketo.com/display/public/DOCS/Turn+Off+Email+Notifications+to+Lead+Owner
