I am looking for a native way to allow Community users to book service appointments.
In Community Builder there is the Appointment Management component which needs to be linked to a custom-defined Snap-In object. After creating the Snap-In object you can enable "Field Service Settings", doing which leaves a few holes to be filled. The "New Appointment Flow" is one of the blank attributes that apparently defines the behaviour of the "Schedule an Appointment" button on the Appointment Management component in the Community. But I cannot figure out how to design the flow.
Am I on the right track or is there a better way to do this? If so how should the flow look like?
