I have a custom web to Lead form where I need to get Annual revenue from the form, trying to get with the following field. However I am unable to get the data in the record under the field "AnnualRevenue", any idea?.

Code: <div id="col1">
<apex:outputLabel value="Yearly Sales" style="font-family:Arial;margin-right:20px"/>
<input type="number" html-step="any" value="{!Lead.AnnualRevenue}" styleClass="field-style field-split align-left" id="ysv" required="true"/> </div>

  • Where do you have this code? – Jayant Das May 1 '19 at 19:32
  • In my visualforce page – Laxman May 1 '19 at 19:35
  • You have referred web to lead form in your question, is that not significant here? Can you provide a bit of more of your VF page code snippet and the controller code as well as what you are doing? – Jayant Das May 1 '19 at 19:36
  • Please do not post code snippet in comments, edit your question to do so. – Jayant Das May 1 '19 at 19:40
  • @JayantDas the issue is AnnualRevenue is a standard(currency) field and so it's not behaving like regular text or number fields. – Laxman May 1 '19 at 19:44

I am able to sort it out by just adding style="Currency" and the final snippet would be like this. <apex:inputField value="{!Lead.AnnualRevenue}" style="Currency" styleClass="field-style field-split align-left" id="ysv" required="true"/>
