  • Did you check the field-level security to make sure it was visible? Commented Apr 1, 2019 at 21:39
  • What do you mean when you say you are not able to perform a query, is there an error you receive?

Ensure you have access to the field - check field-level security. That's the most common reason you cannot query a field.

Based on the screenshot, I think what you are looking at entity milestone, not CaseMilestone (https://developer.salesforce.com/docs/atlas.en-us.object_reference.meta/object_reference/sforce_api_objects_entitymilestone.htm)

I don't see an option to create custom fields on CaseMilestone object - so if you have created a field on Object Milestone - the query would have to be on EntityMilestone.
