While creating a landing page in marketing cloud, I added the GTM code in the (head) section and (body) section of the html in code view (image attached). I will be creating many more landing pages in coming days, so is it feasible to include this code automatically in every upcoming landing page? I don't think so content block can be used in landing pages. What's the way out?

You can use content blocks in a landing page too. But for that, you need to select the landing page of type 'Content Builder' and not 'Classic Editor'.

So, using that, you just need to paste that piece of code in a content block and use that content block repeatedly in all the landing pages.

  • Thanks for the reply Krati. There are two parts of Google Tag Manager, one goes in head part of the html and other goes in the body part of the html. How to put them separately? – Ajay Rohera Dec 27 '18 at 7:02
  • Also, the 'code snippet' and 'html' content block are not accepting head part of GTM script (after saving, remove the head part of the script and only keeps body part of the script). – Ajay Rohera Dec 27 '18 at 7:15
  • Did you try using "Free Form" content block type? – Krati Garg Dec 28 '18 at 13:52
  • Yes...same issue...remove head part of the script. Also put the code in body section only...no option to separate head and body part. – Ajay Rohera Dec 28 '18 at 16:37
