Have installed the managed package for iOS, have turned on notifications in Field Service Settings, and have also set up field tracking/etc. per known issues list, but still no notification is pushed on any triggering event. Does anyone have this working?

I have experienced the same issue before. Here are some of the points you need to know about notifications:

  1. There will be no notifications if the test Service Resource you are using to test the notifications is assigned to yourself

  2. Notifications are only working if the Service Resource has "Followed" the Service Appointment and Work Order via chatter. More details here: https://releasenotes.docs.salesforce.com/en-us/winter19/release-notes/rn_field_service_sharing.htm

  3. Make sure to Enable feed tracking to WO and SA as well

Make sure that you have the most current version of the push notification package installed.SFDC Documentation
