I am just wondering, is it even possible to incorporate Adobe Analytics to the Salesforce to track the user activity and some other information?

I found this Salesforce Idea: Integrate Adobe Analytics with Salesforce and found no work around. If anyone already using this tool to track the user activities and others, please do share some insights.

  • Are you trying to bring back marketing cloud emails link visit analytics? – codeyinthecloud Oct 11 '18 at 17:35
  • Not really. I am trying to track the user activities, usage and things they do on the Salesforce on a daily bases. – Arnold Jr. Oct 11 '18 at 17:38
  • Intresting. I'm not sure if we can do that. The use case or to put it other way what we do here is send bulk emails through marketing cloud and incorporated parameters into the company page link on the mail to track metrics and connect the metrics at a contact level! – codeyinthecloud Oct 11 '18 at 17:40
  • That’s really good to know. Is there any other way we can get the user daily activities though you can think of? – Arnold Jr. Oct 11 '18 at 17:52
  • Nope not really. Adobe is not really my area but did a dig in only when we needed to track our web analytics for contacts and potential leads. I can give a more detailed answer if think its useful on incorporating those parameters and bringing data back to salesforce(Because they lack a standard connector). But I'm not familiar with tracking usage at salesforce level directly! – codeyinthecloud Oct 11 '18 at 17:54
