I am using a decision split to route leads down different paths in a journey. I cannot get the attributes in the decision split to pull the list of options from Salesforce. e.g. I have an attribute called Status that is a pick list in Sales cloud. When I am setting my decision split criteria, the information is not auto-populating. When I try entering equals and putting the exact text from Sales cloud, the leads do not follow that path (the status isn't being matched).

Auto Populates for Entry Criteria/Data Extension: Only restricted values on entry source

Does not auto-populate for decision split attributes: Attributes not auto-populating (the status is a picklist)

  • Is it a multi-select picklist? – Javier García Manzano Jul 16 '18 at 8:49
  • Another question that came up is, what is your entry data? A Data Extension or A Synced DE from Sales Cloud? – Javier García Manzano Jul 16 '18 at 8:53
  • What is your Subscriber Key in your Journey Data Extension? Lead ID? – Gravitai Jul 16 '18 at 22:27
  • Not a multi-select picklist. @JavierGarcíaManzano – Mike Schultz Jul 17 '18 at 14:38
  • Entry Data is a Salesforce Data Extension - linked to a synced DE. @JavierGarcíaManzano – Mike Schultz Jul 17 '18 at 14:39
