Did you even read any single paragraph about Salesforce or Force.com platform? – kurunve Oct 27 '17 at 5:42

I'm voting to close this question as off-topic because this has nothing to do with how Salesforce works – Martin Lezer Oct 27 '17 at 6:45
  1. No.
  2. Salesforce is not a Java hosting provider.
  3. Yes.

You should probably look into running Java apps on Heroku (which is a Salesforce company) https://devcenter.heroku.com/categories/java
