  • What do you mean append visual flows in service cloud. Your question is really unclear. Please see help center, How to Ask and How to Answer. – Dave Humm Sep 14 '17 at 9:24

  • If you want activity in the service cloud to call a visual flow then you can do it with an autolaunched flow called by process builder. – Dave Humm Sep 14 '17 at 9:35
  • @ Dave Humm, In process builder could not find the flow. Please share any related links.. – SFDC BIZ Sep 14 '17 at 10:25
  • The flow has to be active as well as being autolaunched. Process Builder can only see flows where are least 1 version is active. help.salesforce.com/… and video salesforce.com/video/297231 – Dave Humm Sep 14 '17 at 10:28

  1. 1st You can create visualforce page for your visual Flow, Use below code

    <apex:page >
    <flow:interview name="Service_cloud_flow"/>// your flow name
    </apex:page>

    1. next you can add that page in custom console components(Setup->custom console components->new)
    2. next you can add that component in servicecloudconsole(setup->apps->servicecloudconsole->Choose Console Components).
    3. now its visible in your service cloud console.
