Pls refer the screenshot. Also when i am verifying through Test Deliverability[![][1]][1] the mails are not even sent that time.enter image description here

  • Are you saying that when you try Test Deliverability, you receive no emails at all? If so, have you checked your email server settings as described in the documentation – David Cheng Sep 8 '17 at 0:53
  • when you look at debug log, does it show that the process builder entry condition is satisfied? and that an email is queued to be sent? – cropredy Sep 9 '17 at 22:24
  • Do you check the Spam folder? If it is not there, I suggest to check email log and see if it there. I had an issue that the email is in the email log but it was not sent. I opened an issue in salesforce and it was solved. – m Peixoto Dec 10 '19 at 8:07

This can be the limitation of Process Builder to fire the emails within the same transaction! Why not try the same with the Workflow and making sure that Users have proper emails associated with them. Once done, we can compare the logs generated when sending the alerts via Workflow and PB flow and can find out what is missing. Logs can let us know if there is anything that is hampering the alerts from being sent.

Also, as you said that there is no condition involved when sending the alerts, I assume we are not using 15 digits id's in condition, instead we should be using 18 digits id.

  • I even tried with workflow, but still no result and also in logs i have received EVENT as 'R' and for some it is 'D'. – Deepak Agarwal Sep 7 '17 at 11:44
  • What entry criteria we have used for workflow? What is the evaluation criteria? Are we sure that record created/edited meets the entry criteria of the workflow? if everything good till here, we need to see that emails of the users are correct. – Khushboo Dua Sep 7 '17 at 12:20
