We are writing an app where we using OpenCTI JS. All our code works fine when we use the regular salesforce dev instance. But the OpenCTI methods do not work when we test on a custom domain or sandbox. There is no error on console. The JS CTI method just fails without any info

Need to fix this urgently. Would appreciate any feedback

Here are more details as Sebestian suggested

We are developing a Salesforce App based on OpenCTI Framework

The App package contains VF pages and Static Resource that contains our code in HTML and JS

Our App is basically a single page App, the VF page kicks of the app.

We load the Salesforce interaction API from VF page.

The App works fine, all methods of interaction API runs fine when user logs in directly without a customer domain

These methods do not work when user login to Salesforce with a custom domain or in Sandbox with the same user id and password.

  • HI, Welcome to SFSE. Please check the How to Ask page. Your question is good, but we need a lot more detail to answer. If you can, please update your question with as much detail as you can (code and/or screenshots of your config are ideal). – Sebastian Kessel Apr 13 '17 at 19:09
