When setting up a new sender profile, is there a way to specify multiple email addresses that should receive the RMM reply from customers?

I tried to insert multiple email addresses, separated by a comma, in the Address field under the Custom Reply Mail Management Settings, but I got an "invalid email" error when trying to save the sender profile.

Basically, if a customer replies with a legitimate message (not an out of office or unsub, etc) then we would like at least two email addresses to receive that customer reply. Is this doable?



You can use an email group which can have as many email addresses as you like. Use the group address in RMM

  • Like in outlook or any other email client, you can set up group email address right (e.g. Support@abc.com) .. and this group, you can add multiple email addresses .. – Maneesh Mar 23 '17 at 18:13

Reply Mail Management settings does not allow multiple email addresses to route remaining replies. Your best bet is to create an email alias internally or use something like Google Groups where you can add/remove multiple email addresses to the group.
