N>Help how to change Overall Status Text (Approved,Pending,Rejected)

Question

1. How do I change the label of approval overall status?
2. Is it possible if the overall status label is based on a picklist field on the object of the approval process?

ex. Approved => Accepted , Pending => Under Review

There is no option to override standard label except overriding standard detail page with custom visualforce page and update the value using jquery or javascript
