I have a VisualForce page that is the landing page for my site. The page works perfectly when loaded on desktop and mobile browsers. However, the page does not work when loaded in the Salesforce1 App. When loaded in Salesforce1 the page freezes and becomes unresponsive. Touching the screen anywhere causes the page to rerender everything and displays only a blank white page. I know the content is there because I can copy and paste it from Salesforce1 to a text editor, however, it is not being rendered inside Salesforce1. Rotating the device prior to touching the display does not result in this problem.

  • Is this a CSS layout issue? I suggest using your browser tools to emulate a phone and load SF1 using the /one/one.app. This allows you to use your browser's developer tools to find out whether the elements are there. Perhaps your CSS is not well designed to work with smaller browsers? – mkorman Jan 5 '16 at 15:41
  • The page loads fine in mobile browsers, this problem only occurs within the Salesforce1 App itself. – Keil Kelly Jan 5 '16 at 15:49
