I'm developing some javascript in a visualforce page, however when I get an error in the dev tools console and I click the link to the script, it just comes up a blank script the majority of the time like so:

Sometimes It'll work as expected, but 99% of the time I get the above, does anybody know what's up?

Reset to default

Open the Developer Tools before you go to that page (View -> Developer -> Developer Tools) as that usually ensures that all the JavaScript is loaded in the debug tools so the link will take you to the code.
