| Nov 18, 2014 at 15:27 | comment | added | sw6 - KTBFFH | I didn't have to create the additional Email field but however I simply ended up with two workflow rules and two email alert workflow actions - one workflow with the constraint of CreatedBy.UserType ,"PowerPartner" to send the external email template to all recipients and the other with a CreatedBy.UserType ,"Standard" constraint to send the internal email to the required recipients. I marked your answer as correct as it got me thinking on the right path. Thanks. | |
